Anybody get one? Me and a friend camped out for a FEW hours to try and get one, with no luck. We were at Wal-Mart out in the country, where there were only about 16 people waiting for one. All but one of us were just going to sell in on Ebay.

This kinda leads me to a higher question. between all of the Target, Circuit City, Best Buy, EB Games, Walmart, etc., could it be possible that with 4-500,000 units out on the market that each store has less than 10 units to sell? We called every Wal-Mart within 70 miles of us and all of them had less than 10. Same with Target, EB... Personally, I think it is a farce, but what do I know about marketing?

Well, I had a friend here in Tampa that got one of about 130 PS3's at a local Best Buy. It does seem like very little availability for what appears to be a large amount of units. If it's true though...500,000 units all sold within 1 hour!

Our local Wal-Mart supposedly got about 20, a smaller store (Hastings) got in 20, the local Target was quoting 5, and the local Best Buy had 26.

A friend camped as Best Buy, but was 30th in line, Hastings did a lottery, no luck there, and Walmart did a lottery too. Not sure about Target.

So total in-town supply was less than 100 units, giving a margin for GameStop and other places I didn't check.

We tried, but didn't manage. Oh well. More time for the race car!
