Hey Guys/Gals,

Way off topic, but I just moved into a house with a total of 5 people living there. How should we split utilities? (I know the answer, I am just trying to prove a point...Need about 10 answers) Thanks!

Add all utilities up, divide by 5.

Use a calculator if you need to!

Make sure all the utilities are in someone elses name. Split it whatever way they see fit. Never pay for the utlilties because your roomates are morons for not agreeing to split even. Its in their name so they cant do anything

First of all, DON'T room with SEMITES, especially the ones who try not to pay their equal share of utilities. 'Nuff said

NEVER have the utilities in your name, people like Rob will mess up your credit lol.

But if someone doesn't pay their equal share, then throw a handful of flour in their face when they're sleep. There's nothing like a good antiquing

The utilites are in my name at my house.. My room mates pay what I tell them too at the end of each month. I dont tell them what the bills cost, so if I was a dick I could raise the price on stuff but i dont. Rob, I'm glad I dont live with you.. Brandon, I like your negotiating tactics..
