Sounds like they also have it simulated to track (with throttle inputs etc)

Very cool!

One of the computer screens at the beginning has a picture of the Monza track layout on it, so you're probably right. (Unfortunately I have no sound here so all I can do is watch)

Yeah, I clearly need my eyes and my head checked. I paused the video at 0:30, 0:42, 0:51 1:03 and could only see 4 injectors on one bank firing so I got a bit excited, but I kept watching the video over again and when I paused it at 0:20 its obvious theres 5 cylinders on each bank. However, looking at the flyover at 1:14 to 1:16 just makes it look even more like a V8. Stupid artistic videos.

The text in french at the end says it's an RS24. That's last years V10, a dog of an engine comparatively. This years V10 (the RS25) puts out more hp and revs higher even with the 2 race rule. Their first race V8 should be badged the RS26. Cosworth's V8 can be seen in the video on their site....http://www.cosworth.com/downloads/cosworthV8_movie5_medium.mpg Even though they've slumped in the last ten years I think their V8 will be great, probaly only matched by Honda's.
