we are currently working on a TURBO setup!!
not sure yet whether we gonna finally use it on the car...

we need to send the cost reort ina day or 2...

so can we account the turbo now ...remove it later at the event & make necessary changes in the cost event??

if we change to the NON turbo setup , our cost will go down ... so in the cost addendum can we INCLUDE or relinquish components all-together??

If i was in your position, i would send in the cost report without the turbo and all of its related parts, but have the addendum ready with all of the compontents accounted for. This way, the cost report will reflect a lower cost if you decide not to use the turbo, but if you do use it, you can turn the addendum in when you sign in at the event.

what university are you from?

Just remember that you have a limited number of items that you can submit on the cost addendum.
