If a part is purchased from ebay, what contact details should be entered in the cost report spreadsheet for the supplier?

I'd assume that the part was second hand. Therefore you will need to find a quoted new retail price from somewhere (on the net?), and use that as the price and supplier. Even if the part was "new" as purchased, an Ebay price represents a second hand trading of the part.
