A 3-point swing (for yaw) is pretty easy to sort out, make a stage and hang it from the ceiling. Chain friction and inertia of the stage can be easily calibrated out, not much can go wrong. The roll and pitch I couldn't manage to give particulary accurate answers, even with a lot of calibrating. If you can - use frictionless bearings for all the mounts, a weightless stage and cables/chains and accurate measuremets of vehicle CG and location. And Eulers? equations for pendulums. there is a good writeup in the claude rouelle conferences.
