Well I think we should be glad your searched and found this 3 year old thread but really your questions would be better answered by google.

for the engine mount points try to use the stock bike ones, ie swing arm mounts etc. design the chassis to accomodate the engine mounts.

what information are you after? try the factory service manual for engine/bike information.
