Does anyone know how to make an easy sphere in Solidworks? I have 2004. I saw something on google that said there is a sphere in the solids menu but had no luck with finding this. I think the fact that we just put a 12 hour day into the car has numbed my brain. Maybe this is a lot simplier than I thought. I dont' know how to revolve very well. Teach me !!! thanks for the help.

hey, spheres are easy! just draw an enclosed half circle in a sketch, on the straight line draw an axis. then click the revolve button and select the half circle and the axis.....SHABAM....you should have a sphere! 12 hour day! OMG....haha thats nothing, you'll start feeling it when you do the all nighters.

just creat a semi cirlce and an axis along the base. Then revolve the semi circle around the axis. - Patrick Crane Suspension/Testing Universtiy of Victoria
