hi Jude
we drive our car with a 78 hp Rotax single cylinder engine and this year we hope to go up to ~90 hp. Just put a supercharger on the single cylinder and it works perfectly. |

Brunel was weighing in with an immense 30ish bhp from a standard yamaha wr450 for Formula student and FSAE italia. despite the red bull sponsored graz missile car having over 90bhp and a well trained up driver, our lap times were about 4 seconds slower. our drivers trained by driving a van to the event in italy (well and an hour or two in a car park in the week before, and formula student).
it's not all about big hp figures at all Jonathan Gray Brunel Racing Team Principal 2004 - 2005 |
