it looks like we have a 2003 gsxr 600 motor on the way for our 2nd year team. i am curious if any of you more experianced teams have modelled the geometry of this engine in proE and might be willing to hook us up. we are looking for a model w/ critical paramteres such as locations for mounting provisions, throttle body location / spacing, exhaust port locations, and overall size.

we would like to use the engine model subassembly in the overall model of the car (none of which exists yet.... so any way you could help out would be appreciated.)

thanks !

I'm also looking for a gsxr model to compare with mine(horribly inaccurate I'm afraid). However, I do have a very nice valve cover model if anyone is interested (in I-DEAS 9)

anyone know if the mounting locations on the 2003 are the same for 2002? If so, Ethan, could I trouble you for the model? We're waiting on use of a Fero arm to measure our engine accurately, but our frame guy is getting impatient. We can verify the mounts and such as soon as we gain access to the arm.

Thanks,
Colin
