I have a question pertaining to the data telemetry on the car. Our team wants to limit the number of guages in the car, leaving only the "oh shit" lights for the driver. Thus, allowing the driver to concentrate on the track and letting other team members monitor the engine vitals.

Does anyone know of any software and/or hardware systems that have been reliable in the past? Were the vendors reliable, do they have helpful tech support, etc? If anyone knows of any places that donate materials in exchange for sponsorships, that would be particularly helpful...
