Hello everyone,
my project is a track car, the track width is 1640mm in the front and 1600mm in the rear, Im planing to use outboard suspension on both ends. but I almost don't know anything about the shock absorber brand or model. so please give some suggestions, performance and price are both importand.

If it were me, I would only consider Ohlins, Penske, or Koni dampers.

Not sure on the current prices but I'm pretty sure that Penske dampers are the most expensive, but definitely some of the best you can buy.

As for prices and models, you'll need to check with a local dealer or expert as you clearly need help choosing a suitable damper for your project. It is worth paying money for this service, as a few major suspension parameters need to be considered aside from track widths.
